  • Prices

At Signature of Double Bay our prices are displayed are indicative of the country you are browsing our website from.

All prices displayed in AUD are inclusive of government goods and service tax.

Signature of Double Bay reserves the right to change it's prices at any time for legitimate purposes. 

Sale prices may vary between Signature of Double Bay Store and online.

  • Payments

At Signature of Double Bay We accept the following payments Paypal, MasterCard and Visa. Our payment gateways adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). 

Signature of Double Bay is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. The purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction.

Returns and Refunds

At Signature of Double Bay we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your item/s we will issue you with a credit note once the item has been returned, that is valid for 6 months.

Please note we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item please email us at signaturedbonline@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item within 7 days of your purchase.

Please note we do not offer returns or refunds on sale items.

All item/s must be returned in the original condition they were sent in. All tags must be in place and the garment must not have been worn.

You are responsible to return the item/s using a reputable courier or postal service that is traceable. We are not liable for any returns that are damaged or missing.

Shipping and Delivery

Once you have placed your order please allow 1 business day for order dispatch.

  • Free in-store pick Up

If you would like to arrange an in-store pick up at our Signature of Double Bay Boutique - please select "In-store PickUp" at Checkout. Once you have received an Order dispatch email your item will be ready to collect from:

  • Shipping

All our items are shipped via Australia Post from Double Bay Australia. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed.

  • Domestic Shipping

$20 flat rate shipping charge for Express Shipping domestically. Delivery timeframe 1 business day within metro areas. Rural areas may take up to 4 business days. Signature is required on deliveries.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, please supply an address where you are able to sign for your package.

  • International Shipping

$50 International flat rate shipping fee. Please note that shipping delivery times will vary between country. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

All packages will require a signature on delivery.

All importation customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
