Returns & Exchanges
At Signature of Double Bay we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your item/s we will issue you with a credit note once the item has been returned, that is valid for 6 months.
Please note we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item within 7 days of your purchase.
Please note we do not offer returns or refunds on sale items. Exchanges on sale items are up to the discretion of Signature of Double Bay.
All item/s must be returned in the original condition they were sent in. All tags must be in place and the garment must not have been worn.
You are responsible to return the item/s using a reputable courier or postal service that is traceable, via registered post. We are not liable for any returns that are damaged or missing.
Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
